Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved:

  • Credit Card Refunds: We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method). You will receive the refund within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • Gift Cards or Vouchers: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of the return.

Shipping Returns
