birthday weekend began for me yesterday.

and now dr. nemo and dr. nerd (aka her boyfriend) are in town

so i know i'll be going to a bunch of my favorite restaurants here.  nomtastical.

and so last year, i had made a birthday playlist

which consisted of all disney songs.

and this year, i decided to make a playlist of songs

i like to belt out....by myself as they are guilty pleasure song

or 

unless the company i'm with is allowing themselves to suffer

or better yet, they join in too.

so, i invite you to either run away from this list, or join in.

cause i know you totally want to.

in honor of the blog turning one,
i decided to reflect and repost a few of my favorites.
i can't believe it's been a year since i've started this blog.
i am ever so thankful for the readers, the support, the friendships, the network
that has developed over this year.
i can't believe that i get to call most of the people i've featured on here
dear friends of mine.
and i absolutely love that.
