this guy is my greatest success from this blog. so i saved him for last. he’s the only one that i’m aware of that i’ve been able to give him multiple bookings. my gratitude goes to Ting and Phil for believing in my suggestion to go with this guy in the very beginning and from there and purely just from his work, people saw his talent and value of having him there to capture their love. he’s been one of the biggest advocates for this blog and trust me when i say the ideas for “Best Of”, “Confetti Throw Fridays”, and “Ever Ours After Hours”, came because he pushed me to do it. it meant more work for me, but i valued his opinion. having had his work on here only a few times has meant the world to me. he flies completely under the radar but he prefers it that way. he is able to create and perfect his work and art. able to do it his way without any distractions and therefore, fully and wholly being able to give his heart and concentration to his couples.
is one to keep your eye on. he doesn’t need some mountain backdrop or gorgeous florals to shoot the story so incredibly. he just needs to be there with his camera and he will capture his clients just the way they should be and want to be remembered. he’ll capture the moments big and the moments most minuscule that you get to cherish for a lifetime. you simply must head on over to HIS SITE for more of his work. the above collection is just a tiny glimpse.
Jeramie, thank you from the bottom of my heart for being such a true friend of this blog and myself personally. more than you’ll ever know , you’ve helped me keep it going when there were times i had no idea what i was doing this for. you’ve reminded me time and again to keep grounded and just to keep my love for the wedding photography community as my priority. thank you for being an example to not follow trends and it’s perfectly okay to stay under the radar and probably better to do so. thank you for making it easy to point friends in your direction to pick you as their wedding photographer- your work spoke for itself. thank you for also not defriending me after almost killing you by running you over with my car and later, almost choking you to death with a mouthful of confetti . thank you for always being so humble and for being one of the most genuine people in this community. i will still continue to applaud you and push you beyond your limits as always. but above it all, thank you for your friendship outside of this blog. while i was grieving from my sudden loss of a brother-in-law, having you and Bethany checking in on me meant everything. i will forever remember the Google Hangout when Evey told me she loved me all on her own when Bethany told her i was sad. thank you for housing me when i visited. i’ve truly been blessed to have you guys in my life. you three are family to me. i know it’ll continue after the blog stops, but it really must be said how grateful i am for you three. love you all to the moon and back.
as a reminder, all the last features on this blog are dedicated to those wedding photographers that sit on the blog’s sidebar. since i never believed i could guarantee bookings, i never have asked these guys to pay for advertising. yet, they still wanted to be on here and call the sidebar home. it genuinely has been my pleasure to have them on here every day. each of them are immensely talented wedding photographers so throughout these last few weeks, please do me a favor and check out their work. it’s the tiniest token of thanks i can give these guys.
