{real wedding} at clos lachance winery...

If possible, favorite moment of the day?

Eric says that his favorite moment was seeing me for the first time but ... mine was quite possibly when I opened Eric's gift to me and discovered that he was taking me to Harry Potter World in Orlando ... My second favorite was walking down the aisle towards Eric :)

We walked down the aisle to Jason Mraz/Colbie Caillat - Lucky and our first dance was to Joshua Radin - You Got What I Need

What, if any, was the theme to your wedding?

There was no theme.  I think the most important thing to me was just to plan a wedding that would make my friends and family happy.  I definitely had elements I absolutely wanted to incorporate (succulents, craspedia and lavender, yellow and grey, GOOD FOOD, photobooth, ok ... so I kind of wanted everything under the sun ...), but at the end of the day, we wanted to create an event that we just wanted people to have a really great time at. Both Eric and I are so grateful to the people around us who have played such a huge part in both our individual lives and our lives as a couple that I think we just really wanted to make it an event that wasn't just about celebrating us, but to celebrate them - and to just have a really good time!

Advice to others while wedding planning.

Take it easy and have fun!  I had such a fun time planning my wedding (and now want to do it full time!) and people kept asking me how I was so relaxed. I think the key is to remember that as big a day your wedding may be, at the end of the day, it's just one day, and you'll be celebrating with your closest friends and family, so what's to worry about?  Have fun planning it and if you're not having fun, then hire someone so you will have fun because you absolutely want to be a happy, glowing bride!

congratulations to Enid and Eric!
