we definitely didn't want the cookie-cutter wedding. we wanted something that was a better representation of us as a couple so we went with more of an eclectic theme, a collection of things we liked, aka, bbq, ice cream truck, momofuku milk bar.

we had some great friends that helped setup and made our wedding beautiful. the first moment we stepped into our venue and saw everything we had planned for months come together was quite surreal.

love that when i asked jeehye, the bride, what advice she would give to those to wedding planning,

this is what she said:

if you plan on doing a DIY wedding, there are a lot of hidden costs that you won't realize. men are very capable of planning a wedding.

such a fun way to get to know the couples

and a good way to get the guests to mingle around the room too!

plus, fact: the groom did most of the designs- the invitations, the designs, the signs!
how cool is that!
