{engagement} board games, pinwheels and an observatory...

huge thanks to
for sending this over.

"Mark and Kim wanted to make their engagement session personal and unique. These two are quite playful and there engagement session reflects that. We shot at Griffith Park & Observatory, which is where Mark proposed to Kim a year ago. We created a picnic set up-- Kim DIYed the pinwheels and the vintage looking "Yours" sign. "Yours" is a reference to how they sign their love letters to each other! The picnic set up also incorporated their fave board games! And candy! ;) Later, we finished the session at the Observatory  with a more formal/modern look. But we still kept it playful by incorporating ballons! I just adore how this session turned out and hope you will too!"

Love this shoot! I used a scrabble board for our save the date and thank you postcards, so I'm all about this styling. Thanks for sharing! Xo, Katie
