{real wedding} at the tennesee's governors club

love this last one.

from the photographers, Joe and Rhonda:
" If rain on your wedding day is a bad omen, April & Joey were clueless. They enjoyed their day to its fullest extent, even taking photos in the rain with an umbrella. Thankfully the reception was tented & the guests danced the night away. The couple met in college at MTSU, and Joey proposed in a hot air balloon! April looked stunning in her rouched satin Casablanca gown. Her maids were as bright as a summer day in their hot pink, pocketed, short dresses. Their venue was a beautiful historic antebellum mansion inside the exclusive Governor's Club (subdivision) just outside Nashville, TN. The groom Joey is a pilot, and had small airplanes drawn on his groom's cake; the bride's cake was simple yet stunning white-on-white. Their summery green & pink color scheme was also brought out in their DIY tissue paper pom-pom's which decorated the aisle and also hung above the dance floor. Their stylin' getaway car was a black 1939 Packard!"

congratulations to April and Joey!
such a classic wedding.
