happy weekend...

this past week, i got the chance to hang out at shade tree film's cineskool.
i met some epically rad people with some major talent up their sleeves.
colossal thanks to shade tree films' drew and chad for sharing all their knowledge with us.
and definitely for a fair share of laughs.
even though i'm a blogger, it was so interesting to hear about what goes on behind the scenes and what wedding cinematography is all about.
everything is more than it seems.
so thank you to drew and chad for letting me part of it.

i have to say i love being around people who are in this industry and where we are able to just talk and learn from each other so comfortably.
this group was no exception.

one of my favorite parts was FINALLY meeting the awesomely talented duo,
scott and mary of floataway studios.
i'm a huge fan of their stop motion fridays. they make me happy.

my sis is in town visiting me. we just went to the LA county fair and i clogged my ateries with fried everything. my feet feel like i've worked a wedding. and i can't believe it's nearing the end of september and it's 100 degrees.
